DISCOVERY
We will have our first initial design consultation. It can be in person or over the phone. The purpose is to learn about your space desires, needs, budget, and what you hope to accomplish.
CONCEPTUALIZATION
We will generate design ideas and start designing after a letter of agreement has been signed. We focus on a design direction, work on space plans, furniture, paint, and finish selections. Quick sketches are created to show the client and clarify what the design intention is. Additionally, a preliminary design is presented to gain feedback and approval by presenting a vision board.
DEVELOPMENT
We will develop and finalize the design. We’ll develop drawings, floor plans, renderings and finalize the finishes, furniture, and materials. An estimated budget and time line of completion will be prepared. A final design concept will be presented to gain feedback and approval.
PURCHASING
We’ll prepare documents with varying prices. Provide guidance in selecting contractors and prepare purchase orders and negotiation fees. During this time, we’ll also track orders from all the vendors and make any necessary changes.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We’ll ensure that all goes well and according to plan. For example: we will review technical drawings, visit site to ensure things are running smoothly, keep record of the project, and provide project management supervision. Additionally, we’ll also facilitate and schedule deliveries with our vendors and carriers to ensure all pieces are accounted for and arrive on time.
INSTALLATION
This is where your new design comes to life. We’ll be on site to supervise the installation, ensure the delivery of items and pieces runs smoothly, and accessorize and stylize your space just the way we envisioned it. Then celebrate and admire your new design.
